Father poems are most often used as poems for Fathers day. When God gave the fifth commandment to “Honor your mother and father” in Exodus 20:12, he didn’t give specifics on how to do it. I guess you could call it somewhat of an insecurity of mine, as it’s something I think about every day. There were a lot of shows on television at the time about perfect families like "Father Knows Best" and "Leave it to Beaver" that idealized what families of the day looked like.

I am a single mom of one, dating a single full time dad of two. How the qualities of a good father have changed. I am living my life with that priority in mind. Your dad is: VERY COOL! But he did not have enough backbone to stand up to his sons and say, “We aren’t going to tolerate your sin around here. 
Am i a good dad Being a good father is one of the most important and challenging things you can do! Spend time listening and talking with your kids each day.
